The Tattered Rose: I have a passion for creating things with paper and glue, particularly things that appear aged or vintage. I love to use actual vintage items in my work, but am sometimes led to "distress" them myself to give them a vintage appearance. I was never the arty girl and this fairly recent pursuit from about 2003 came as a great surprise to me. The path that led me here was not always smooth, but I am grateful to have discovered this drive in myself. I hope to make some new friends here and reconnect with some old as you all join me from time to time on my distressing journey. Happy trails to all until we meet again!
